杭州湾春季初级生产力分析与水体有机碳储量估算

Analysis of spring primary productivity and estimation of water organic carbon in Hangzhou Bay

  • 摘要: 浮游植物是海洋生态系统中最重要的初级生产者,在吸收无机碳、营养盐生长繁殖的同时也是水体有机碳的重要来源,探究其初级生产力水平及有机碳贡献对水体有机碳研究具有重要意义。本文根据2019年杭州湾春季调查数据,分析了水体理化环境因子、营养盐、初级生产力的水平分布特征及其影响因素,并采用泰森多边形算法初步估算了水体总有机碳储量。结果表明,杭州湾春季水体理化环境因子呈空间异质化分布,氮磷硅营养盐丰富但比例失衡,总体呈湾内高于湾外的分布态势。表层水体叶绿素a(Chl a)浓度为0.20~1.00 μg/L,与营养盐呈显著正相关。初级生产力环境梯度差异较大,北岸高于南岸,平均为10.70 mg C/(m2·d)。杭州湾春季泰森多边形全水柱有机碳储量为5.84×102~1.62×104 t,总体呈北岸高于南岸、湾口高于湾内的分布态势。调查海域春季水体总有机碳储量约为1.14×105 t,浮游植物现存量对其贡献较小。

     

    Abstract: As the vital primary producer of marine ecosystem, phytoplankton is the important source of seawater organic carbon while taking in inorganic carbon and nutrients for growth and reproduction. Exploring phytoplankton’s primary productivity and organic carbon contribution make great sense to the study of seawater organic carbon. Based on the survey data of Hangzhou Bay in spring 2019, we analyzed the horizontal distribution of environmental factors, nutrients and primary productivity as well as their influence factors, then estimated the organic carbon storage in water using Thiessen polygon algorithm. Results showed that the physical and chemical environmental factors of seawater present spatial heterogeneous distribution in spring. Nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus and silicon were abundant but out of proportions with a trend of higher inside than outside. The concentration of chlorophyll a (Chl a) in surface seawater changed from 0.20 μg/L to 1.00 μg/L, which have significantly positive correlation with nutrients. The primary productivity varied greatly in environmental gradient and showed a trend of higher north-bank than south-bank with an average level of 10.70 mg C/(m2·d). The organic carbon storage of Thiessen polygonal water columns ranged from 5.84×102−1.62×104 t in spring, with the trend of higher north-bank than south-bank as well as higher outside than inside. Seawater organic carbon storage of investigation area was about 1.14×105 t and phytoplankton standing stock contributed less to it.
